The testing is conducted at the VCARA Clubhouse at 302 Rio Communities Blvd, Belen, NM. Look for the tower & antenna. The clubhouse is in the building adjacent to -- north of -- MyBank, on the south-west corner of the building, upstairs via outside stairway.
